Welcome to Lil Kings "N" Queens Childcare!
Hello, my name is Danyelle Allen, and I am the proud owner of Lil Kings "N" Queens Childcare. Let me start by extending a warm welcome and sharing a bit about my background.
I began my journey in childcare and nursing in 2002, driven by a deep passion for supporting young minds. In 2014, I earned my Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, which has been instrumental in shaping my approach to providing high-quality care.
In August 2019, I opened Lil Kings "N" Queens Childcare as an in-home daycare, combining my extensive experience with my commitment to specialized care. My personal experience with my child's autism diagnosis significantly influenced my decision to focus on understanding and supporting children with diverse needs.
How We Measure Success
To ensure that our students are on the right path, Ohio measures school performance based on how well students are mastering the standards. This includes annual state tests that assess their progress. At Lil Kings "N" Queens, we use these assessments as one of the tools to guide our teaching methods and support each student's unique learning journey.

Our Philosophy
At Lil Kings "N" Queens Childcare, we recognize the importance of building strong connections between parents, teachers, and children to support each child’s educational journey. Every child is unique, with their own personality and way of developing.
We believe children learn best through a variety of activities, including play, singing, hands-on experiences, and writing. Since each child grows at their own pace, we focus on encouraging their individual development by treating them as the special individuals they are.
Our program is designed to offer nutritious meals and an engaging curriculum that stimulates learning. Understanding the value of your children, we provide a caring and loving environment while they are away from home.
